Filipino-American model and beauty queen Patricia Bianca Narvaez Tapia will turn 26 on February 27, 2024. On February 11, 2024, she was officially appointed Miss Universe Philippines-Hawaii 2024.
Tapia was born in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines to Robert Tapia and Beth Narvaez Tapia. On May 13, 2023, Michelle Dee represented Makati City at Miss Universe Philippines 2023 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, competed against 37 other candidates and won the title.
On November 18, 2023, Dee represented the Philippines at Miss Universe 2023 and competed against 83 other candidates at Gimnasio Nacional José Adolfo Pineda in San Salvador, El Salvador. She finished in the Top 10.
Dee is expected to crown her successor in May 2024. Around 60 women will compete for the right to represent the Philippines at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico.
One of the confirmed Miss Universe Philippines 2024 candidates is Patricia. She will represent the Filipino community of Hawaii, USA.
In 2002, Patricia and her family moved from the Philippines to Oakley, California, United States. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human development from the University of California, Davis in Davis, California in 2020 and her master’s degree in management and leadership from Pepperdine University-Graziodio Business School in Malibu, California in 2022.
On November 21, 2021, Patricia competed against 27 other candidates at Miss Philippines USA 2021 at the City National Grove of Anaheim in Anaheim, California. She ranked second and was crowned Miss Philippines USA Tourism 2021.
On August 5, 2023, Patricia competed against 35 other Miss Filipina International 2023 candidates at the International Ballroom of The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. She ranked fourth and was named the second runner-up.
