Professionally known as Danny Mejia, Daniel Felipe Mejia Romero, 27, of San Juan, Puerto Rico, United States has been crowned Mister World 2024 in Phan Thiết, Bình Thuận, Vietnam. It is the 11th edition of the international beauty pageant based in London, England, United Kingdom.

Mejia is a singer and a dancer. He has a mortgage loan officer license from Florida, USA and a bachelor’s degree in health sciences.

Mister World 2024

Representing Puerto Rico, Mejia competed against 59 other Mister World 2024 candidates Daryn Friedman, 25, and Phạm Tuấn Ngọc, 25, who represented the U.S. and Vietnam, respectively. Friedman finished in the Top 20 while Pham was runner-up to Mejia.

Antonio Company, 26, of Spain was the second runner-up. Felipe Salvador Maria, 26, of Angola was the third runner-up.

Mejia was crowned by Jack Anthony Heslewood of England. The latter won the 10th edition of Mister World at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines on August 23, 2019.

Mister World 1998 Sandro Finoglio and Miss World Vietnam 2019 Lương Thùy Linh hosted the Mister World 2024 coronation ceremony at NovaWorld in Phan Thiết on November 23, 2024. Miss World 2023 Krystyna Pyszkova and Mister World 2016 Rohit Khandelwal attended the event as special guests.

Heslewood and Miss World Organization chairwoman Julia Morley served as judges. They were joined in the selection committee by Andrew Minarik, Donna Walsh, Ha Kieu Anh, Jack Heslewood and Jordan Gonçalves.
