Džejla Glavović of Bosnia and Herzegovina was the original winner of Miss Earth 2002. As the first runner-up, Winfred Adah Omwakwe was crowned Miss Air 2002.
Sladjana Bozovic of Yugoslavia, the second runner-up, was Miss Water 2002 and Juliana Drossou of Greeve, the third runner-up, was Miss Fire 2002. Elina Hurve of Finland finished in the Top 10.
After Glavović’s dethronement, Omwakwe became the new Miss Earth 2002. Bozovic became Miss Air 2002, Drossou became Miss Water 2002 and Hurve became Miss Fire 2002.
It was Omwakwe who crowned Miss Earth 2003 Dania Prince. On February 10, 2025, the latter turned 45.
