Wanding “Evangeline” Luo (罗婉丁), 24, of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada has been a beauty queen since she was a teenager. She is originally from Hong Kong, China.
Aside from competing in beauty pageants, Luo is also into singing and songwriting. She is Hong Kong’s representative in the 16th edition of Miss Supranational.
Wanding Luo
While reigning as Miss Teenage Vancouver 2016, Luo met Justin Trudeau. Born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, he served as the 23rd prime minister of the country from November 4, 2015 to March 14, 2025.
On October 24, 2020, Luo competed against 39 other Miss Universe Canada 2020 candidates at the John Bassett Theatre of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She was unplaced but she won the Star Quality Award.
On December 28, 2020, Luo competed against 10 other Miss Asia Canada 2020 candidates in Toronto. She did not make it to the Top 3 but she was crowned Miss Asia Canada-Vancouver 2020.
Miss Supranational 2025
On May 23, 2025, Luo served as a judge at Miss Aura International 2025 at Rixos Sungate in Antalya, Turkiye. The title was won by Krishan Pauline Alerre, 23, of the Philippines.
On January 5, 2025, Luo won Miss Chinese World 2024. On June 5, 2025, she was crowned Miss Supranational Hong Kong 2025.
On June 27, 2025, Luo will represent Hong Kong at Miss Supranational 2025 in Nowy Sacz, Malopolska, Poland. She will compete against 72 other candidates including Aslihan Morali, 27, of Canada, Feng-Wei Zou, 33, of Macau, China, Firsta Yufi Amarta Putri, 24, of Indonesia, Justine Tarah Marie Valencia, 23, of the Philippines and Kasandra Zawal, 28, of Poland.
Representing Indonesia, Harashta Haifa Zahra won Miss Supranational 2024 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater on July 6, 2024. She competed against 67 other candidates including Jo An Ma, who was unplaced.
