Based in Chicago, Illinois, United States, JLL Capital Markets has arranged $9.8 million in acquisition financing for Pike Center, a three-building shallow bay industrial property in Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA. Working on behalf of real estate investment management firm Avistone, JLL secured the debt package through Grant Street Funding, LLC.
Pike Center
Located at 575, 585, and 595 Old Norcross Road, Pike Center is a 96,651-square-foot multi-tenant complex that features direct proximity to Interstate 85. This places it within a crucial logistics and service corridor for the greater Atlanta, Georgia region.
The acquisition highlights strong lender demand for stabilized, income-producing industrial assets in major Southeastern markets. At the time of the transaction, Pike Center was 98% leased to a diverse roster of tenants across multiple industries. Representatives from JLL noted that the property’s high occupancy, favorable debt yield metrics, and Avistone’s management track record in acquiring and repositioning infill industrial real estate were key factors in securing the favorable financing terms.
The debt advisory team representing Avistone was led by JLL Capital Markets director Wells Waller, senior director Jack Britton, and analyst Gabriel Davenport. The deal reflects ongoing momentum within the Atlanta industrial sector, where accelerating tenant leasing activity continues to drive investor interest toward shallow-bay and flex industrial facilities.
