B Proshad Das of Dhaka, Bangladesh continues to reach milestones after competing in both national and international beauty pageants, while maintaining a successful career as a professional model.

Aside from being a model, Das is also a fitness coach and a nutritionist. He is an alumnus of British Standard School in Dhaka.

In 2021, Das entered North South University in Dhaka to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business administration. From 2022 to 2023, he underwent professional modeling training at Azra Mahmood Talent Camp.

On May 24, 2022, Das received his certification as a bodybuilding coach from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, the ISSA operates as an education and certification company for nutritionists, nutrition coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, fitness trainers, personal trainers and aerobic instructors.

From modeling to pageants

In February 2023, Das walked the runway at the BRAC Hope Festival 2023 at the Bangladesh Army Stadium in Dhaka. In March 2023, he walked the runway at the Bangladesh Fashion Week 2023 at the Aloki Convention Centre in Dhaka.

In September 2023, Das won the male category of Face of Bangladesh 2023 and Fabliha Khan Borno was his female counterpart. Runner-up to Das was Rafsan Jany.

On November 5, 2023, Das and Khan represented Bangladesh at the 2023 Asia Model Festival in Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. They were both unplaced.

On October 2, 2024, Das won Mister World Bangladesh 2024 at Le Méridien Dhaka in Dhaka. He competed against 11 other finalists namely:

From pageants to marathon

On November 23, 2024, Das represented Bangladesh at Mister World 2024 and competed against 59 other candidates at NovaWorld in Phan Thiết, Bình Thuận, Vietnam. He was unplaced.

Daniel Mejia of Puerto Rico won the title. The respective first, second and third runners-up were Phạm Tuấn Ngọc of Vietnam, Antonio Company of Spain and Salvador Crisball of Angola.

On August 30, 2025, Das finished his first-ever duathlon. He wore a Cairbull helmet, an Active Pulse body suit, Nike shorts and Puma shoes and used Huawei Band 6 fit band and GT-Karakoram 29r bike.

On April 3, 2026, Das finished a half-marathon for the first time in an event organized by Egiye Bangladesh. He wore a Gosen Việt Nam outfit with Oakley sunglasses, an Apple watch and Puma shoes.
