Sokhunrangsey “Rangsey” Thul, 23, is the reigning male winner of Face of Cambodia. He represented his home country in the third edition of Mister Celebrity International and the 11th edition of Mister World.
On February 10, 2025, Thul attended the sashing ceremony of his successor Mister World Cambodia 2025 Raymond Chear. On June 4, 2026, the latter turned 30.
Sokhunrangsey Thul
Thul hails from Kampot, one of the provinces of Cambodia. The province is home to the Preah Monivong Bokor National Park.
In 2021, Thul became financially independent. In 2023, he entered a university in Phnom Penh, Cambodia to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business economics.
On March 13, 2024, Thul’s Misters of Cambodia 2024 participation as Kampot’s representative was officially announced. On March 24, 2024, he and his fellow candidates participated in a charity event at the Association Développement Enfance Cambodge in Phnom Penh and on April 6, 2024, they walked the runway at a fashion show at The Kampus in Phnom Penh.
Mister Celebrity International 2024
On May 4, 2024, Thul and 14 other Misters of Cambodia 2024 candidates competed for four titles at the Cambodia International Models Training Center in Phnom Penh. These were the winners:

- Man Hot Star Cambodia 2024: Ben Kheurn
- Mister Celebrity Cambodia 2024: Sokhunrangsey Thul
- Mister National Universe Cambodia 2024: Thea Sok Tola
On September 27, 2024, Thul represented Cambodia at Mister Celebrity International 2024 at the Kim Center in Tam Hiep, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, Vietnam. He was unplaced.

Mister World 2024
On November 23, 2024, Thul represented Cambodia at Mister World 2024 and competed against 59 other candidates at NovaWorld in Phan Thiết, Bình Thuận, Vietnam. He was unplaced.

Face of Cambodia 2025
On June 20, 2025, Thul participated at Face of Cambodia 2025 at the Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Center in Phnom Penh. He won the male category while Sarun VirakThida was the winner of the female category.
The event took place in conjunction with the 2025 Phnom Penh Korea Brand and Entertainment Expo (KBEE), which was hosted by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), and was co-hosted by the Asia Model Festival Organizing Committee (AMFOC), the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE) and CM Entertainment. The judges were:
