The newly crowned Mister Eco International 2026 is from Egypt. His name is Dr. Yosef Ali, which is also spelled as Youssef Aly.
Ali is an oral surgeon and a dentist. He is 6’6″ tall.
Mister Eco Egypt 2025
On September 6, 2025, Ali competed against 11 other Mister Eco Egypt 2025 candidates at the Florance Ballroom of Gewan Cairo Hotel in Masaken Al Mohandesin, Nasr City, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. He won the title.
Aya Khafaga performed live during the coronation ceremony while singer Emad Kamal attended the event as a guest of honor. The judges were:
- Mister Eco International, Miss Eco International and Miss Eco Teen International founder Dr. Amal Rezk
- fashion designer Emad Abd El Latef
- Miss Eco Africa 2024 Reem Neweshi
- Miss Egypt 2024 Salma Ali

Mister Eco International 2026
On June 11, 2026, Ali represent Egypt at Mister Eco International 2026 and competed against 18 other candidates at the Cordillera International Convention Hall of Baguio Country Club in Baguio City, Philippines. It was the inaugural edition of the male counterpart of Miss Eco International.
Aside from winning the title, Ali also received the Best in Swimwear award. The runners-up were:
- first runner-up: Lucas Prince of France
- second runner-up: Kitt Cortez of the Philippines
- third runner-up: Luigi Elia Flore of Italy
- fourth runner-up: Nawang Dongdup of India
- fifth runner-up: Alejandro Rodriguez of the Dominican Republic
Miss World Asia 2025 Krishnah Gravidez and Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Bea Millan-Windorski hosted the coronation ceremony. The judges were:
- One Taguig Football Club general manager and co-founder Ace Bright
- ABU Philippines co-founder Christian Abulencia
- Restaurants of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Baguio vice president Frederico “Freddie” Alquiros
- Miss Universe Philippines 2026 runway coach Ian Mendajar
- Mister International 2025 fifth runner-up Kanapol Treesongkiat
- Miss Supranational 2024 third runner-up Tarah Valencia
Miss Universe Mariveles 2024 Elle Hollman and Mister Eco International 2027 Godfrey Nikolai Murillo attended the event as presenters of the awards. Valencia and Murillo handed the Mister Eco International 2026 sash and trophy, respectively, to Ali.
Aside from the main titleholder, four continental kings were crowned. They were:

- Mister Eco Asia 2026 Kitt Cortez of the Philippines
- Mister Eco Europe 2026 Ivan Clarete of Spain
