Originally from Preah Vihear, Cambodia, Thoanvannak is an actor and a model currently based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is 6’2″ tall.
Phnom Penh is a densely populated urban center defined by rapid modernization, historic French colonial architecture, economic activity, and a vibrant nightlife along the Mekong River. The city serves as the political and contemporary heartbeat of Cambodia.
In contrast, Preah Vihear is a remote, mountainous northern province celebrated for its quiet, rural landscape and dense forests. The province is a serene cultural sanctuary, famously anchoring the ancient, cliffside Preah Vihear Temple overlooking the Thailand border.

While working in the aircraft service sector, Thoanvannak represented Preah Vihear at Mister Supranational Cambodia 2022 on March 25, 2022. It was the first edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Cambodia’s Mister Supranational and Mister Grand International representatives.

On November 25, 2022, Thoanvannak represented Cambodia at Mister Grand International 2022 at the Southern Academy for the Performing Arts in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago. The coronation ceremony was hosted by Suveer Ramsook.

On February 11, 2026, Thoanvannak turned 30. On March 15, 2026, he attended the Miss Planet International 2026 coronation ceremony at the Koh Pich Theater in Phnom Penh and presented some of the awards onstage.
