Arim has a wide range of interests. Aside from fitness, he is also into soccer, mountain biking and playing the drums.
On March 24, 2026, Arim took to social media to pay tribute to his mother. He wrote, “I didn’t grow up with a perfect start in life. At 9 months old, I was placed into a foster family by child protection services.”
“Growing up, I didn’t always understand why things happened the way they did,” Arim continued. “But over time, I’ve learned to see my past from a different perspective. Recently, I found a photo of me and my mother when I was just a baby. It hit me in a way I didn’t expect. It reminded me that behind every person, there is a story you may not know.”
On March 29, 2026, Arim was officially appointed Mister Supranational Netherlands 2026 alongside Miss Supranational Netherlands 2026 Selina Rakké, 24, of Utrecht, Netherlands. They were handpicked by 12 Months of Beauty, which holds the Mister Supranational and Miss Supranational franchises of the country.
“This journey will be filled with energy, growth, and discipline—through which I hope to inspire others along the way,” Arim stated after his appintment. “I’m excited for everything that’s ahead!”
