Only 19 of the 20 men competing for the Mister World Philippines 2026 title attended their sashing ceremony at The Collab at Sheraton Manila at the Newport World Resorts in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines on July 1, 2026. The only candidate who was absent was Bataan’s representative, who attended his school graduation that day.
The ceremony was hosted by Miss World Philippines 2021 Tracy Maureen Perez. Also present during the event were Mister World Philippines national director Arnold Vegafria and Newport World Resorts marketing and sales communications head Michelle Hernandez Suarez.
Mister World Philippines 2026
Kirk Bondad Wachsmuth of Baguio City, Philippines was officially appointed Mister World Philippines 2022 on June 5, 2022. He held the title until 2024 because Mister World was not held from 2020 to 2023 amid the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Facilitated by Spartans Philippines, the Mister World Philippines 2026 candidates participated in a sports challenge on June 17, 2026 at the Edades Farms, an outdoor adventure farm in Taysan, Batangas, Philippines. They also battled it out in the Dances of the Philippines and Talent Competition on June 22, 2026.
On July 25, 2026, Wachsmuth’s successor will be crowned at the Newport Performing Arts Theater. It is the second edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Mister World candidate of the country.
There is still no confirmation about Wachsmuth’s attendance at the Mister World Philippines 2026 coronation ceremony. Here are the candidates’ names and the respective places or communities they represent:

Mister World 2024
On November 23, 2024, Wachsmuth represented the Philippines at Mister World 2024 and competed against 59 other candidates at NovaWorld in Phan Thiết, Bình Thuận, Vietnam. He finished in the Top 20.
Mister World 1998 Sandro Finoglio hosted the coronation ceremony with Lương Thùy Linh. These were the winners:
- Mister World 2024: Danny Mejia (Puerto Rico)
- 1st runner-up: Phạm Tuấn Ngọc (Vietnam)
- 2nd runner-up: Antonio Company (Spain)
- 3rd runner-up: Felipe Salvador Maria (Angola)
On October 30, 2025, Mejia turned 28. He is expected to crown his successor before 2026 ends.
On September 26, 2025, Wachsmuth represented the Philippines at Mister International 2025, competed against 41 other candidates at the MCC Hall, The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Bang Khen, Nonthaburi, Thailand and won the title. On June 7, 2026, he turned 29.
