Beau Megan Goos, 22, won the seventh edition of Miss Grand Netherlands. She will represent the Netherlands in the 14th edition of Miss Grand International, which is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Beau Megan Goos
Goos is a history teacher, an entrepreneur, a model and an actor from Groningen, Netherlands. She is the founder of Skills4Wings, which teaches life skills through history and leadership.
On November 4, 2023, Goos represented the Netherlands at Miss Teen of the Universe 2023 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer in Jaipur, India. She won the title.
On October 5, 2024, Goos went back to the DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer where she crowned her successor Miss Teen of the Universe 2024 Sofía Cabrera of Colombia. On February 23, 2025, the former met Miss Universe 2024 Victoria Kjær Theilvig of Denmark in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Miss Grand Netherlands 2026
On July 12, 2026, Goos represented Groningen at Miss Grand Netherlands 2026 and competed against eight other candidates at the Cpunt Cultural Center in Hoofddorp, Haarlemmermeer, North Holland, Netherlands. She won the title and received her crown from 12 Months of Beauty founder Robin Hoven Lieuw Choy.
Runner-up to Goos was Monica Fernandes de Freitas of Flevoland. The respective second and third runners-up were Luna Bleyenberg of Zeeland and Silke Kloostermann of Overijssel.
Miss Diversity Netherlands 2021 and Miss Voluptuous Netherlands 2025 Jamely Wal hosted the coronation ceremony. Choy joined the panel of judges with Miss Universe Netherlands 2001 Reshma Roopram, Miss Grand Netherlands 2017 Kelly van den Dungen, Miss International Queen 2023 Solange Dekker, Miss Grand Netherlands 2025 Rosalie Esmee Hooft, Ethereal Royalty co-founder Arianne Ippel and Body2Last founder Brian Blijd.
Miss Grand International 2026
On October 18, 2025, Hooft represented the Netherlands at Miss Grand International 2025 at the MGI Hall in Bangkok. She competed against 76 other candidates including Emma Tiglao of the Philippines, who won the title.
Hooft was unplaced. Runner-up to Tiglao was Sarunrat Puagpipat of Thailand and the respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Aitana Jimenez of Spain, Faith Maria Porter of Ghana and Nariman Battikha of Venezuela.
On October 10, 2026, Tiglao will crown her successor in India. The exact venue of the coronation ceremony has yet to be finalized.
Including Goos, more than 70 women will compete for the Miss Grand International 2026 crown. Among her fellow candidates from Europe are:
