Emre Uslu, 20, is a fitness instructor and a model born and raised in Izmir, Turkiye. He is vying for the Mister Turkiye 2026 title.
Based in Istanbul, Turkiye, Mister Turkiye is a national beauty pageant for Turkish men aged 20 to 32. It is a member of Manhunt International Male Supermodel, Mister International, Mister Global, Mister Universe and Mister Cosmo.
From Izmir to Aydin
Uslu is an alumnus of the Faculty of Tourism at Aydın Adnan Menderes University in Aydin, Turkiye. Founded in 1992, the university was named after Adnan Menderes, who served as the ninth prime minister of the country from May 22, 1950 to May 27, 1960.
Situated along Türkiye’s Aegean coast, the provinces of İzmir and Aydın offer distinct yet complementary experiences within the Aegean Region. These provinces represent the dual character of the region.
İzmir is a sprawling metropolitan hub characterized by its urban vitality, industrial significance, and historic cosmopolitanism. Spanning approximately 11,891 square kilometers, it serves as a major gateway to the Aegean, featuring diverse topography that transitions from coastal plains to the Bozdağlar mountains. Its economy is multifaceted, driven by heavy industry, commerce, and tourism, bolstered by the ancient splendor of Ephesus.
Covering 8,116 square kilometers, Aydin is defined by its agrarian wealth and slower pace of life. Known historically as a fertile landscape, it is the heart of Türkiye’s fig production and a land of ancient Greco-Roman ruins like Aphrodisias. While İzmir functions as a bustling center of trade and modern transit, Aydın offers a more traditional experience, focusing on agriculture and serene coastal retreats such as Kuşadası and Didim.

According to Uslu, there was a time when he was just a skinny young man who would look in the mirror and dream. He shared, “Instead of giving up, I chose to work hard, and today—as a Mister Turkiye finalist—I am living right in the middle of that dream.”
The fashion shows Uslu has participated in and his television experiences have boosted his self-confidence. He said, “Without compromising the values I believe in, I aim to successfully represent my country and build a future that makes my family proud, using the energy and charisma I possess.”
Mister Turkiye 2026
Hosted by Demet Sener, the Mister Turkiye 2026 coronation ceremony will be held at the Ora Arena in Istanbul on July 22, 2026. Mister International 2025 Kirk Bondad of the Philippines will serve as a judge and his runner-up Saadedine Heneine of Lebanon is one of the special guests.
