Malaysia will be represented at Mister Supranational 2026 by Muhammad Asyraf Bin Mohd Dasli, 36, a model professionally known as Asyraf Dasley. It is the 10th edition of the international beauty pageant founded by Gerhard Parzutka Von Lipinski in 2016 and based in Poland.
This is not the first time Dasley is representing Malaysia in an international beauty pageant. He was the country’s representative in the eighth edition of Mister Tourism World.
Mister Tourism World 2025
Including Malaysia, a total of 25 countries and territories were represented at Mister Tourism World 2025 at the Vinh Hy Bay in Ninh Thuận, Vietnam on February 18, 2025. These were declared as the winner and the runners-up:
- Mister Tourism World 2025: Nguyễn Hữu Hưng (Vietnam)
- 1st runner-up: Muhammad Asyraf Bin Mohd Dasli (Malaysia)
- 2nd runner-up: Jorge Luis Valenzuela Tejada (Dominican Republic)
- 3rd runner-up: Jose Angel Flores Querales (Venezuela)
- 4th runner-up: Jirayu Tucker (Thailand)
- 5th runner-up: Wu Cheng Li (Taiwan)
On March 13, 2025, the Mister Tourism World Organization announced the investigation into the results of the competition after receiving allegations of irregularities and misconduct that could affect the results. On April 18, 2025, the announced the disqualification of Nguyen.
By default, Dasley became the new titleholder. On February 12, 2026, he crowned his successor Phacharaphon Suksamran of Thailand in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Mister Supranational 2026
On June 28, 2025, Leon Lo represented Malaysia at Mister Supranational 2025 and competed against 37 other candidates at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland. He was unplaced and the title was won by Swann Lavigne of France.
On August 1, 2026, Lavigne will go back to the same venue to crown his successor. Hosted by Mister Supranational 2024 Fezile Mkhize of South Africa and Ida Nowakowska of Poland, the coronation ceremony will feature performances by FiśBanda, Mateusz Ziółko, Oktavvia and Tatiana Okupnik.

From Malaysia to Poland
Sitting over 9,000 kilometers apart, Malaysia and Poland maintain official diplomatic relations established on June 21, 1971, with both holding membership in their respective regional blocs, ASEAN and the European Union. The two countries represent a small fraction of each other’s total international trade, but their economies exchange specific goods.
Bilateral trade is led by electrical and electronic components, rubber products, and palm oil from Malaysia, alongside industrial machinery, specialized equipment, software, and agrifood exports from Poland. Beyond commercial trade, bilateral ties include past defense procurement—most notably Malaysia’s acquisition of Polish PT-91M main battle tanks in the 2000s—and bilateral dialogue on topics including green hydrogen and digital technology.
Travel from Poland to Malaysia is facilitated in part by seasonal direct charter flights from Warsaw, Poland to Langkawi, Malaysia. Ultimately, the relationship between Kuala Lumpur and Warsaw represents targeted cross-continental engagement between two distinct regional economies.
