Abel Biju, 25, was officially sashed as the Mister Supranational 2026 representative of India on July 21, 2026. The sashing ceremony was held at Hotel Krakow in Krakow, Poland.
In Biju’s acceptance speech, he introduced himself as coming from the southern part of India, describing it as a land of coconut trees, backwaters, and lush greenery. He shared a touching tribute to his mother and grandmother who raised him, equating them to his idea of India itself.

If Biju wins Mister Supranational 2026, he will be the pageant’s second Indian winner. Abel Biju
Born in Kottayam, Kerala, India, Biju is an alumnus of Marian College Kuttikkanam in Kuttikkanam, Kerala. He describes the state as a coastal paradise celebrated for its serene backwaters, lush greenery, and vibrant cultures.
“My childhood was not easy, especially after my parents went their separate ways,” Biju revealed. “But two incredible women became my strength: my grandmother who nurtured me, and my mother who moved to Italy to financially provide for us. Through it all, football, cooking, and working out became my ultimate stress busters.”
Biju describes India as a country with deep values and an incredible love for people. He stated, “The spirit of India lives in the way we speak to our elders, through celebration, and in the energy of a bustling street filled with life and color. Yet, just around the corner from that chaos, you’ll find a quiet sense of peace in the temples, churches, and mosques that coexist beautifully side by side.”
On August 21, 2025, Biju competed against 11 other Mister India 2025 finalists at One8 Commune in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The Kottayam native finished second and was crowned Mister Supranational India 2026.
On June 28, 2026, Biju turned 25. On July 21, 2026, he arrived in Krakow.
