Owen Atlas is in the cast of “The Gentleman Thief“. It is an action thriller film distributed by Vertical, an independent film distribution company based in Santa Monica, California, United States.
Released on July 28, 2026, the film was written by Chris Sivertson directed by Randall Ives Emmett, a native of Miami, Florida, USA. The former also wrote “Murder at the Hotel“, which was filmed in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada and released in the U.S. on September 14, 2025.
“The Gentleman Thief“
Atlas plays a teenage boy in “The Gentleman Thief”, a sequel to “High Rollers”. Also written by Sivertson and directed by Emmett, the latter was released on march 14, 2025.
Alejandro Lalinde was the cinematographer of “The Gentleman Thief”, which was edited by Marc Fusco. The main characters Mason Goddard and Shawn Goddard are played by John Travolta and West Hollywood, California native Lukas Haas, respectively.
Principal photography began in Miami, Florida, USA on March 31, 2025. Other scenes were shot in Biloxi, Mississippi, USA and Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
Born in Englewood, New Jersey, USA, Travolta turned 72 on February 18, 2025. Haas turned 50 on April 16, 2025.
Joining Travolta and Haas in the main cast of “The Gentleman Thief” are Rebecca De Mornay, Sam Asghari, Quavo and DJ Khaled. The film also features Christina Licciardi as a flight attendant, Fred Davis and Tom Glynn as security guards and John Salloum as a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent.
Don Abbatiello was the marine stunt coordinator of the film. Also in the stunt team were Andy Dylan, Ashley Rae Riddick, Cal Johnson, Chris J. Fanguy, Christopher Bogdanski Shore, Ele Bardha, Jalil Jay Lynch, Jef Groff, Ken Fournier, Kim Waddell, Raul Muniz, Terry James, Tim James, T.J. White, Tom Akos and Tyler Galpin.

As a martial artist, Atlas enjoys performing his own stunts. He also enjoys working with animals especially birds of prey, dogs, horses and reptiles.
Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, Atlas will turn 18 on October 30, 2026. His mother Rhondda Stark Atlas played a nurse in Shane Brade’s 2019 short film “Papa Bear”.
From August 2015 to May 2023, Owen studied acting at The Adelson School in Las Vegas. He played young Sherlock Holmes in “Enola Holmes”, which was released on Netflix on September 23, 2020.
In July 2023, Owen entered Faith Lutheran Middle School and High School in Las Vegas. He is expected to graduate in May 2027.
