Kaithlyn Da Rocha Ferreira, 27, will represent Bolivia at Miss Grand International 2026 in India. It is the 14th edition of the international beauty pageant based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Miss Grand International 2026

On October 18, 2025, Alexandra Rocha represented Bolivia at Miss Grand International 2025 at the MGI Hall in Bangkok. She competed against 76 other candidates including Emma Tiglao of the Philippines, who won the title.

Rocha was unplaced. Runner-up to Tiglao was Sarunrat Puagpipat of Thailand and the respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Aitana Jimenez of Spain, Faith Maria Porter of Ghana and Nariman Battikha of Venezuela.

On August 2, 2026, Da Rocha was appointed Miss Grand Bolivia 2026. She is a a lawyer and an animal rights activist from Cochabamba, Bolivia.

On October 10, 2026, Tiglao will crown her successor in India. Including Da Rocha, more than 70 women will compete for the Miss Grand International 2026 crown.

Among Da Rocha’s fellow candidates from South America are Paula Assunção, 33, of Brazil, Micaela Viveros, 21, of Paraguay and Lady Di Mosquera, 26, of Venezuela. Representing India is Lakshita Thilagaraj, 23.

From Bolivia to India

Bolivia has yet to win Miss Grand International. The pageant’s upcoming edition marks the first time it is hosted by India.

Additionally, cultural exchanges foster mutual understanding. As both nations pursue sustainable economic growth, the partnership between Bolivia and India serves as an evolving model of South-South cooperation.
