Born in Romania, Aviva Perlmann is Malkat HaYofi 1954. Her Hebraized name is Aviva Pe’er.

On July 24, 1954, Perlmann represented Israel at Miss Universe 1954 at the Long Beach Municipal Auditorium. She competed against 32 other candidates and was unplaced.

It was Galia Arkin who won Malkat HaYofi 1954 but she was dethroned. Lily Perzhensky assumed the title.

Perzhensky was born in Tianjin, China. Her Hebraized name is Ilana Carmel.

At age 19, Perzhensky represented Israel at Miss Universe 1955 and competed against 32 other candidates at the Long Beach Municipal Auditorium in Long Beach, California, United States on July 22, 1955. She was unplaced.
