The Shelby Legacy and New Rivals

Playing opposite Bell is “Stranger Things” alumnus Charlie Heaton, who portrays Duke’s half-brother, Charles Shelby. Together, the siblings navigate a rapidly changing Birmingham teeming with unprecedented financial opportunities and deadly jeopardy.
However, the Shelbys face a devastating new threat to their criminal empire.Hill has boarded the production as Clemmy Keeler, the fierce and calculating patriarch of the rival Keeler gangster family. Looking to go toe-to-toe with the Peaky Blinders, Clemmy is backed by his son, Aidan Keeler, played by Cal O’Driscoll. Adding to the tension is Daniel Monks, who steps into the fray as Detective Inspector Bell, a lawman likely tasked with cleaning up the blood-soaked streets.
Expanding the Ranks
The Peaky Blinders gang is also recruiting fresh blood to defend their territory. Lucie Shorthouse joins the crew as Kezia Lee, alongside a wave of new loyalists including Samuel Bottomley as Eliot, Arturo Muselli as Angelo and Eugene Collins as Frank.
Fans of the original franchise will also welcome some familiar faces. Ned Dennehy and Packy Lee are locked in to reprise their iconic roles as Charlie Strong and Johnny Dogs, respectively, providing a crucial bridge to the original series. Furthermore, the star-studded lineup includes Jessica Brown Findlay, Lashana Lynch, and Lucy Karczewski, though the specific details of their characters are currently being kept under wraps by the production.
The new era of Birmingham is being brought to life by a powerhouse creative team under the vision of franchise creator and writer Steven Knight.
