Turkish model and actor Uğur Evren will represent Turkiye at Mister Cosmo 2026. It is the inaugural edition of the international beauty pageant based in Vietnam.
Uğur Evren
Before Evren started his modeling and acting career, he played professional basketball in the Turkish Basketball League. He later brought the discipline and drive that sports instilled in him into his modeling career.
Evren speaks Turkish, English, and Spanish. Outside of his busy work schedule, he considers supporting and helping stray animals an important part of his life.
As a model, Evren spent a significant portion of his career in Latin America. He worked as the face of many famous brands and shopping malls in Peru.
After returning to Turkiye, Evren began appearing in numerous commercial projects and television series. On July 22, 2026, he competed against 29 other Mister Turkiye 2026 candidates at the Hilton Bomonti Hotel and Conference Center in Istanbul, Turkiye.
Doğukan Navdar won the title while Evren was the first runner-up. Sefa Güzel, Sarp Saltik and Emir Sarıhan were the respective second, third and fourth runners-up.
As the winner, Navdar was crowned Mister International Turkiye 2026. As the runner-up, Evren was crowned Mister Cosmo Turkiye 2026.
Mister Cosmo 2026
Tran Viet Bao Hoang is the founder of UniMedia, the company that launched Miss Cosmo in 2024. Miss Cosmo 2024 first runner-up Mook Karnruethai Tassabut is the deputy head of Mister Cosmo.
The date and venue of the Mister Cosmo 2026 coronation ceremony have yet to be finalized but it is expected to be held in Vietnam. Among Navdar’s fellow candidates are:

From Turkiye to Vietnam

For Vietnam, Türkiye acts as a strategic gateway to European and Middle Eastern markets, while Vietnam offers Türkiye a vital entry point into the ASEAN region. Together, both nations continue to strengthen a intercontinental connection rooted in mutual economic growth.
