Benjamin From, 22, was officially sashed as the Mister Supranational 2026 representative of Sweden on July 21, 2026. The sashing ceremony was held at Hotel Krakow in Krakow, Poland.
In From’s acceptance speech, he referred to himself as someone from the land of the Vikings. He said, “I’m here today to represent my country with strength and heart.”
If From wins Mister Supranational 2026, he will be the pageant’s first Swedish winner. The title was won by Diego Garcy of Mexico in 2016, Gabriel Correa of Venezuela in 2017, Prathamesh Maulingkar of India in 2018, Nate Crnkovich of the United States in 2019, Varo Vargas of Peru in 2021, Luis Daniel Galvez of Cuba in 2022, Ivan Alvarez Guedes of Spain in 2023, Fezile Mkhize of South Africa in 2024 and Swann Lavigne of France in 2025.
Benjamin From
Hailing from Stockholm, Sweden, From is a student of Stockholm University, a public research university in Stockholm. He is studying human resources.
“The reason I’m studying human resources is because I find it very fascinating by what makes people think like they do and how they treat each other, especially when it comes to work-related situations,” From explained. “When I’m not in the classroom, I’m with friends or a lot of the time I’m always on the football pitch—also soccer, as it’s called. If I’m not on a soccer pitch or football pitch, I am often traveling to new places and meeting new people.”
According to From, football taught him a lot of discipline and he will gain by working as a team while travel taught him that he has a family and a community outside of his home country.
As a Mister Supranational 2026 candidate, From wants to show that a guy from Sweden can both lead with strength and heart and that real leadership is about serving others. For his From the Ground Up project, which is part of the competition, he is developing a community initiative that turns tourism into a service. He said, “It’s my way of combining love with people who travel together.”
